The Lao Youth Coalition (LYC) is the youth’s solution for ensuring a succession of leaders in the Lao community. In order to continue the succession of strong community leaders, LYC will create an environment where Lao youth ages 6-18 can interact amongst themselves and with professional leaders to relate, educate and accelerate.

The Lao Youth Coalition (LYC) aims to develop young leaders within the Lao community through engagement and education to ensure the next generation of young individuals is ethical and become civic leaders. Through tangible consensus-based action items, LYC aspires to accelerate the growth and personal development of young leaders and the Lao community at large.
