The Garden Club of Coral Springs, Inc. founded in 1999, is an all volunteer, educational, horticultural and environmental 501 C(3) non profit organization. Our general meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. We present featured speakers with a variety of subject on horticulture, gardening, landscaping and the environment. We also visit botanical gardens and nurseries. We teach local school children how to grow herb, butterfly and vegetable gardens. We landscape Habitat for Humanity homes in Broward County and every March we present Gardenfest Coral Springs for raise money for Coral Springs student scholarships. and in May "The Mayor's Awards" Coral Springs Looking Good.

The mission of this organization is to stimulate a knowledge of the science, art and specialized skills of gardening among amateurs, to cultivate a knowledge of floral arts, to cooperate with others in the beautification of our community, state and nation, to study, support and practice wise conservation measures, protect our ecology and to share our knowledge and experience with our youth, members and others.
