Hospice of Waterloo Region supports clients and their families who are coping with the end of life journey. Specially trainned volunteers provide emotional and social supports and respite care, transportation, day programs, and personal care services. Service is provided in the clients home, in hospital, in long term care and at residential hospices. Additionally professional counselling and support groups are available to clients and their spouse and children. Bereavement support walking groups are available in Kitchener and Cambridge.
