Furniture for rare ECO Centre |

The rare Charitable Research Reserve in Cambridge is kindly requesting in-kind donations to furnish the rare ECO Centre to facilitate research and education.
Starting this summer, we would like to expand our programs and offer accommodation for field researchers who conduct research on our property. For more information on our mission and programs, please refer to a short introduction to our charity below or visit our website at www.raresites.org. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about us or the requested items. If you would like to donate an item, please call or email in advance and a staff member will make further arrangements.
The following gently used or new items are needed to furnish the rare ECO Centre and to make a stay at the reserve pleasant for our guests
-Bookcases
-Shelving
-Mini fridge (1)
-Bedside tables (2)
-Floor rugs (2)
-Dressers (2)
-Lamps (3)
-Small computer desk (2)
-Couch (1)
-Desk chairs (2)
-Chairs (2)
-Kitchen cart
-Single Beds (4)
-Framed nature or wildlife painting/photographs (particularly from rare or Waterloo Region)
-Potted house plants
We are also in need of
-Laminator (1)
to assist with our children's outdoor education program and signage.
For hygienic reasons, the following items can only be accepted new:
- Single mattresses (4)
- Bedding for single beds (4 sheets, pillows, blankets, or duvets).
