Danse Etoile has created ballets based on classics, famous, or forgotten stories promoting the link between reading, visual arts, music and dance, and making reading those stories more appealing. Beside performing in local theaters, the company performs at free events and festivals like Dance is for Everybody at the Boulder Library, the Fringe Festival, Boulder Creek Festival, Broomfield Days and donate free and discounted tickets to under-serve groups like The Friend of Broomfield, The Parenting Place, the Dream foundation and retirement homes, girl scout troops and public schools. Danse Etoile Ballet school offers quality training for young dancers of all levels, and has a scholarship program based on talent and needs so everyone can participate in the program. Each season, Danse Etoile provides educational programs at public schools located in Broomfield. Danse Etoile Ballet hopes to develop a strong dance company with notable recognition in the community and return the support with quality training and family entertainment designed to develop and foster an appreciation for the arts. Danse Etoile believes the Arts are an essential part of any diverse community.
