We are dedicated to end pet homelessness in Deschutes County by offering low or no-cost spay and neuter services. BSNP is a non-profit organization operating mainly on donations and volunteer help. We rely on program services, grants and donations from generous community members to fund our operations and programs. Since our inception in 2005 we have spayed or neutered over 35,000 animals.

Our mission is to provide affordable, preventative care to cats and dogs at risk of suffering in order to make Central Oregon a more humane community for us all.
